WINEOS × WINE E-LABELS
From production to the electronic label
Bring together the information needed for ingredients, additives, allergens, the nutrition declaration and energy value, and use it through the wine-elabels.eu platform.
WineOS organizes your production data. The electronic label itself is created and published on wine-elabels.eu.
Production data as the starting point
Everything an electronic label needs already exists in daily winemaking work. WineOS records it once, in structured form, so nothing has to be reconstructed from notebooks or spreadsheets when the label is prepared.
- Additions made to each batch and LOT
- Commercial oenological products with supplier information
- Ingredients and components carried by those products
- Allergen information recorded on the products used
- Laboratory analyses of the wine
- Final product information and packaging formats
- Bottling LOT and the run it came from
Ingredients and additives
Additions are recorded against the batch as they happen, with the commercial product actually used. That means the ingredient picture is built from real production records rather than from memory.
- Commercial products used during winemaking
- Declarable components carried by each product
- Processing aids, where they are relevant to the review
- A final ingredient review before the label is prepared
- Traceable source information for every addition

- Commercial products
- Declarable components
Allergens
Allergen information is kept with the commercial products in your catalogue, so you can see which declarable substances may be involved in a specific wine.
- Sulfites
- Milk and milk-derived products
- Egg and egg-derived products
- Other declarable allergens, where applicable
WineOS shows the recorded information for review. It does not decide the final label declaration on its own — the declaration always remains the responsibility of the winery and is confirmed by a person before publication.
Nutrition declaration
Analytical results and product data give you the values needed for the nutrition declaration, collected in one place instead of several separate files.
- Energy value
- Alcohol content
- Sugars and carbohydrates
- Other required nutrition values, where they are available
Final product and bottling connection
An electronic label belongs to a specific bottled product. WineOS keeps that connection explicit, from the bottling run to the finished-goods LOT.
- Final-product LOT created by bottling
- Product and SKU with its commercial description
- The bottling run and its date
- Packaging format and packaging information
- The source data used to prepare the label
Working with wine-elabels.eu
The two platforms are designed to be used side by side: WineOS is where production data lives, wine-elabels.eu is where the electronic label is built and published.
- WineOS helps you prepare and organize the production data
- wine-elabels.eu is used to create and publish the electronic label and its QR code
- The two systems are designed to work together as one workflow
There is no automatic data transfer between the two platforms today, and no automatic submission to any authority. You review the information and enter it on wine-elabels.eu.
Multilingual electronic labels
wine-elabels.eu supports presenting the same electronic label in more than one language, which matters when the same wine is sold in several markets. The label content is managed there, per language.
